PERSONAL TRAINING:

Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Each of us are unique, with different levels of flexibility, strength, athleticism, energy, family needs, work constraints, time constraints, and health issues. My goal is to make your goals for self improvement possible in your life. We'll talk about using existing support systems and creating new ones for you. These are the challenges that I enjoy as a personal trainer because I know from experience that no one's individual situation can cause their goals to be unobtainable.  We can go over, under and straight through your obstacles together!              
30 Minute Session            $40
45  Minute Session            $60
60 Minute Session            $80

PARTNER TRAINING:            (2 people)
Partner training is a more economical way of getting the personalized goal-setting that you get with personal training. This buddy concept also has the added benefit of additional accountability and an extra layer of support outside of the gym/studio. Many enjoy sharing the journey. After all, everything is more fun with a friend, including health and fitness! 
30 Minute Session            $25 each person
45  Minute Session            $35 each person
60 Minute Session            $45 each person

BEACH BODY / BOOT CAMP / GROUP TRAINING
(minimum of 3 people/maximum of 10 people)

Sessions with exercises for overall strength, and flexibility. These are special bootcamps because each attendee will have previously had an assessment with me to determine areas of personal strength and weakness. This is important because I am able to offer personalized suggestions and variations on the exercises and weight choices for each boot-camper.  These sessions absolutely include the 2 H’s and the 2 B’s of overall FITNESS:  H eart rate    B reath       H eat        B urn
